Note to Landlords:
“If you are a landlord seeking to list your accommodation with the Nanaimo Division of Family Practice, we request our listings offer a specified "Physician rate" (suggested 10-15% rate reduction). Our goal is to make the process for a Physicians visiting or temporarily working in Nanaimo as easy and affordable as possible, and not to simply duplicate what is already listed on other platforms (Marketplace, Airbnb, etc.)
The Nanaimo Division of Family Practice has created a list of housing options for short term and long term rentals intended to support visiting Physicians find appropriate housing for the duration of their stay in Nanaimo.
