The 'Members Update' is the main Division Newsletter that contains all of your important updates from DoBC, Island Health, the Division Recruitment team, as well as upcoming CME & events.

PCN Bulletin
The PCN Bulletin is a quarterly newsletter designed to update members on the overwhelming portfolio that falls under the Primary Care Network. This includes updates on Access to Care, Allied Health, the Health Connect Registry, and more!

MOA Newsletter
This quarterly newsletter is specifically for our local Clinic Managers and MOA's; containing resources, news, and training opportunities to help you in your day-today jobs.

Members Update
The Divisions bi-weekly Members Update includes updates, news, resources and continuing medical education opportunities that are relevant to our membership (Family Physicians, Residents, Locums, and Nurse Practitioners).

If you would like to include an item in the Members Update, please review the guidelines below and submit by sending to info@nanaimodivision.ca with the subject "Newsletter Submission."

Submission Guidelines:

Item is relevant to our members

A clear concise title (e.g. Panel Management Training for Medical Staff)

Two or three sentences about the item (please do not exceed three sentences)

Any documents that we can refer members to for additional information on the item (PDF, Word, Images, and Video accepted)

Contact information for any follow up

If the submission is for an event or training session:

Include the date and time

Registration information

If accredited, please include this information as well
