Kelsey Chandler

Kelsey was responsible for coordinating initiatives developed by the Division in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, including the Snuneymuxw First Nation Home Visit project and the Primary Care Child, Youth, and Family Service project. Kelsey also supported the Evolving Doors Shared Care Substance Use project with coordination, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement services. She is now a Program Lead running the In-Patient Care initiative as well as the Patient Attachment Mechanism (PAM).

Prior to joining the Division in January 2020, Kelsey worked in land-use and resource planning in both the public and private sectors. She has a young family, and loves spending her free time exploring outside with her kids or working on her home.
