As one of the Primary Care Network (PCN) Administrators, Laura works closely with the PCN Director, Laura Loudon, the PCN Project Manager Mali Bain and the Implementation and Quality Lead Meghan Bajzath, supporting multiple workstreams such as GP Psych Operations, Team-Based Care, Allied Health, Nurse in Primary Care, Access Initiative projects such as: Same-Day Access, ED Effective Discharge for Admission Prevention, and Clinic Managers/MOAs and Pharmacist connections. As a member of the Division’s Administrative Team, Laura is always happy to provide assistance with events, communications and financial operations.
