A Bit About Me
Mali joined the Division as a Project Manager in 2024. Her initial focus is on finding ways to support same day access to physicians and nurse practitioners. Mali has Masters degree in Adult Learning and Education. She brings background and experience building reciprocal relationship, listening to from community voices, and facilitating meaningful conversations.

Mali is a former high school teacher with background in university, non-profit, and philanthropic settings. She has worked in contexts including programming for at-risk youth, community engagement, and child and youth mental wellbeing. She is a certified BC teacher, a guided autobiography instructor, and author of a book exploring her family history in relation to Indigenous lands in North America. When not at work, she enjoys spending time in the beautiful outdoors, learning French, and gardening.
