A Bit About Me
Liliia joined the Division in early 2023 as the Primary Care Network (PCN) Program Administrator, initially supporting the Patient Attachment Mechanism. She now works closely with the PCN Director, PCN Manager and Program Leads providing administrative support across several key initiatives, including the Low-Barrier Primary Care Working Group, the PCN Evaluation Working Group, the Urgent Access for Attached Patients Initiative, and integrated care programs such as Nurse in Practice, GP-Psych, and the PC Children, Youth and Family Service (Elementary Wellness Hub).
Originally from Ukraine, Liliia relocated to Canada in 2022, bringing over a decade of international experience in hospitality, customer service, and healthcare. Outside of work, she is a passionate photographer who enjoys exploring and capturing the natural beauty of Vancouver Island with her daughter.
