Meghan Bajzath

Meghan has recently returned from Maternity leave; originally joining the Division in 2019. Meghan is a charismatic and engaged Implementation & Quality Lead, providing guidance and an evaluation lens to various work streams within the Primary Care Network (PCN), including Team Based Care (TBC) and Nurse in Practice (NiP).

A graduate from McGill University, born and raised in Montreal, she spent at least 5 years travelling and working internationally. In her free time, Meghan enjoys any activity in nature, touring wineries/micro-breweries and in true Montreal fashion, loves a solid poutine and anything with maple syrup.
